WHAT IS EMOTIONAL BALANCE?

Collins Dictionary defines emotion as a feeling such as happiness, love, hatred, or anger. This definition shows that emotions can be both positive and negative. Bearing this in mind, it then becomes a necessity to maintain a middle ground between your emotions to ensure that you live a mentally balanced life irrespective of your response to any situation.

 

Emotional balance helps you to stay level-headed amidst a crisis. Anger management is also an aspect of emotional balance. With a balanced mind, you often will react to situations only after a well-thought-out deliberation within yourself. This stops you from making hasty and irrational decisions.
